Aspiring Filipino idols now have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be trained by YG Entertainment—the powerhouse agency behind iconic K-pop groups like BLACKPINK, BIGBANG, and 2NE1—this November.

On October 7, the label announced on Facebook that auditions would take place at ZERØ Studio in Quezon City on November 24.
According to the YG Audition website, the auditions are open to aspiring talents born between 2006 and 2013. Participants can choose one category where they can showcase their talent: vocal, rap, dance, or appearance.
Interested applicants must pre-register on the YG Audition website by November 10. However, only select applicants will receive a confirmation email for the second audition, which will be sent on November 20.

YG Entertainment, which was established by Yang Hyun-suk, was established in 1996. Apart from BLACKPINK, BIGBANG, and 2NE1, the agency houses some of the most popular K-pop groups of today such as BABYMONSTER, TREASURE, Winner, and AKMU.
