Xian Lim is adding one more thing to his list of achievements: becoming a private pilot!
On Instagram last Thursday, January 30, the 35-year-old actor proudly made the announcement and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to his teachers and everyone who supported him on this journey to fly the skies.
“It’s official! PRIVATE PILOT. Still in the clouds from everything that happened. Thank you to my @topfliteacademy family here in Subic for making this journey an extra special one! Thank you capt. @chiclet.pecson for all the patience! More flights, more aerodromes, and more and more cross country flights to come! As always, maraming salamat [thank you very much] Capt. @sahl.onglatco for the trust and for always providing your students with inspiration. To my check ride pilot, Capt. Villarin, what an unforgettable experience in the sky. Next up, [commercial pilot license]! HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR everyone! Three flights a day! Lezzz go,” he wrote in his post.

Xian enrolled to take aviation classes at Topflite Academy in September 2024. He has since shared his milestones on his social media, such as completing his first-ever solo flight to earning his epaulette.
