The Xend Group of Companies is organizing the 2018 E-Commerce Development Talks (EDTalks) on Feb. 1, 2018 at Penbrothers Makati.
Conceptualized as a series of talks leading to the 2018 E-Commerce Development Awards (EDwards), the EDTalks forms part of the Xend Group’s Market-Ship-Fund Program core market engagement strategy.
“Over the years, we saw that some of the most successful e-commerce ventures were underpinned by three fundamental pillars: marketing, logistics &order fulfillment, and financing,” said JT Solis, Xend’s Vice President for Partnerships and the program’s chief architect.
“Thus, through a meeting of the minds with other key players, we ideated a full-service venture launch and development program that will jointly offer those services to entrepreneurs this 2018, our year of scale. We’re really stepping up our game in the Philippine e-commerce terrain.”
The Market-Ship-Fund Program is co-captained byXend’s A-grade partners: Beebeelee (country’s newest online marketplace entrant), FundKo (leading P2P crowd-lending platform), First Circle (a fin-tech pioneer in trade financing), and Penbrothers (country’s biggest co-working space).
“There’s a synergistic value that our ecosystem of partners can co-create with us. The EDTalks will touch on that,” pointed out by Bjorn Pardo, Founder and CEO of the Xend Group.
The first EDTalks is open to the public and will revolve around the theme “Tech, Growth, and Impact.” Forming the speakers declare:
