This momentous occasion marks the expansion of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in one of the worldโs most iconic beach destinations.
Founded by Wolfgang Zwiener, a trailblazer in the steak business with over four decades of expertise, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has garnered acclaim across 34 locations spanning over 20 cities worldwide. Having opened the first Wolfgangโs Steakhouse in Manhattan, New York, in 2004. Building upon this legacy, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Grill introduces a new concept that extends beyond the classic steakhouse fare, offering a diverse menu of grill favorites to the shores of Boracay.
The inaugural event, held last February 29, 2024, was attended by esteemed guests, including President and Co-Founder Peter Zwiener, local managing partner Raymund Magdaluyo, national and local media, as well as family and friends. It was a celebration of the culmination of meticulous planning and preparation to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Designed to harmonize with the natural beauty and relaxed ambiance of Boracay, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Grill exudes laid-back elegance and coastal charm. The 65-seat restaurant was designed using elements of stone, wood, and leather to create a serene ambiance set against a breathtaking view of powder-white sand and crystal-blue waters.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Grill introduces an expanded menu featuring a variety of grill specialties alongside its signature dry-aged USDA Prime Black Angus steaks. The restaurant offers strictly USDA Prime Black Angus beef, which is dry-aged in its own proprietary designed aging room under a controlled temperature and humidity environment for an average of 28 days. Dry-aging is a process, which enhances tenderness and flavor in beef. During the process, the beefโs natural enzymes break down the connective tissue in the muscle, which leads to more tender beef.
At the same time, moisture is evaporated from the muscle, creating a greater concentration of beef flavor and taste. Guests can enjoy the Ceviche Sampler, Beach Tacos, Burrata Salad, Grilled Barbecue Short Ribs and so much more.
Another highlight would be the Beach Club, offering an impressive wine collection, extensive bar menu, and meticulously crafted cocktails that pair perfectly with each dish, including the tropical Guava Caipirinha and refreshing Lilikoi Margarita.
