Wilderness: “Ballroom Dancing” Album Launch
Ecstatic to announce that after about 4 years in the local music scene, WILDERNESS will finally be launching their album, “BALLROOM DANCING”, this 12th DECEMBER, 2014 at B-SIDE COURTYARD, THE COLLECTIVE, MALUGAY ST., MAKATI CITY from 8:00 PM TIL LATE.
Formed in 2010, WILDERNESS, is a crew of young, hot-blooded, groove, and love explosives. The band’s energetic and bombastic percussiveness is highly infectious and will indubitably start a craze on any dance floor. They have created ruckus in and around Metro Manila, as well as abroad, traveling to Japan to rock 5 shows in the 2011 Tokyo Music Week, as well as a 3-day tour in Bandung, Indonesia mid-2012. In media, the band has been recognized and featured in various print and online publication, which includes: PULP, Rogue Magazine, Esquire, and Status Magazine. The band had also been selected BEST LIVE ACT of 2011by The Philippine Star. On social media, they have gained over 8,600 likes on their Facebook page, and over 1,406 members on their Facebook group.
Explosive. Ambitious. Artistically spaced-out. Honest. It is Wilderness’ mission to serve a whole new level of multi-aesthetic experience on a musical dish, best served LIVE and RAW. For their much-awaited album launch, Wilderness will be serving this dish especially hot, along with supporting sounds from Radioactive Sago Project, Pedicab, The Strangeness, Goodleaf, and Bing Austria aka DJ Papa Mod.
