Heads up, freshies and even super seniors! White Tree Café welcomes you to your new home in Katipunan with their new menu and revamped ambience! For those who haven’t visited this humble cafe yet, White Tree Café is known for its refreshing mouth-watering bingsu to beat the heat and Korean dishes made from the freshest ingredients.
Now, they just added new smoothies, drinks, and other delectable dishes to expand their menu, so you have something new to post on your Instagram feed along with their catchy decor!
Banana Smoothie (P160)
Their Banana Smoothie is loaded with a refreshing puree of bananas and is chilled to perfection. Every sip is loaded with banana goodness!
Apple Juice (P180)
The Apple Smoothie makes you taste the fiber with every sip and will surely relieve you of the stress that comes with starting a new school year.
Iced Americano (P135)
Need something to wake you up for those study nights? Try our their Iced Americano. It has milk and sugar on the side, so you can mix in the amount that you want as you please.
They also now serve Choco Java Chip Frappe (Left, P180), Iced Caramel Macchiato (Center, P180) and Vanilla Shake (Right, P160) in addition to their wide array of drinks.
Matcha Bingsu (P200)
Matcha lovers will surely rejoice as they’ve added also added Matcha Bingsu to their already extensive list of affordable bingsu!
Dwejee Galbi (P320)
This is a favorite among foodies looking for Korean food. It could even be your favorite Korean dish with its slow cooked pork topped with a sweet, juicy, and aromatic sauce.
Japchae (P250)
This is great for a light lunch or as a side dish. They didn’t have this on the menu before; but due to public demand, they decided to add this Korean staple!
Andok Jjimdakk (P300)
This dish has an intense umami flavour remiscent of a local favorite: adobo. It’s a dish made of chicken marinated in their special sauce. Each bite will reveal tender meat that goes well with the sauce, and goes perfectly with a cup of rice! Which brings us to their next dish…
…Egg Rice (P70)!
This may look simple, but it’s actually so flavorful that you can eat it on its own. It goes especially well with their Andong Jjimdakk.
Kimchi Kimbap (P120)
Lastly, they addedKimchi Kimbap to their menu. This huge serving of bite-sized Korean rice rolls are filled with eggs and assorted vegetables. What makes it better is the touch of Kimchi on the side which you can put on top of your kimbap for added flavour.
White Tree Café has expanded with new branches in Telus Ortigas and Araneta Cubao and their opening hours have changed to 9AM – 11PM in order to cater to more customers. Check out this welcoming abode to offer you a new home away from home in Katipunan!
