If you are reading this, this means that basketball, as it does with a lot of other Filipinos, holds a special place in your heart. I can’t blame you, the game is exciting, fast-paced, and incredibly entertaining. When the itch calls for it, there’s nothing stopping a Filipino from making anything basketball-related.
One of the problems of being a hoops fan is that aside from the streetball hoops set up on streets (you know, the ones where every time a car passes by, it’s a timeout?), it can be pretty difficult for someone to find a good court to play on, let alone a serviceable court to play at with your squad.
That’s why we here at the WIM team decided to find and list different courts around the Metro so you don’t have to worry anymore about where to go when you need to throw on the jersey and start dribbling. Keep in mind that this is aside from the usual spots people would know of, like university gyms or ones found on local church grounds. In no particular order, here are 10 courts in the Metro you need to check out right now.

Aside from the court hoops, there are two additional hoops to the side of the court that can act as practice hoops when you’re waiting to be subbed in (just don’t lose control of the ball and disrupt the actual playing going on).
