- STEP 2: Position the mattress in the middle of the bed frame or a flat surface.
- STEP 3: Remove the first layer of plastic.
- STEP 4: Unroll the foam.
- STEP 5: Remove the sealed plastic packaging. Watch as the mattress immediately expands.
- STEP 6: Apply pressure to the edges to help it expand some more.
- STEP 7: For best results, let it expand for 2 to 3 days while still applying pressure every 4 hours.
