Gone are the days of sky-high heels because it’s the time of kitten heels and doll shoes. We found the heels that are being used by Pinay Fashionistas and we finally got our hands on some pairs!
AVA Manila was launched in January 2020 after months of brainstorming, sourcing, and creating designs. Founded by friends Danica Tabasco, Marco Malabrigo, and Francheska Galang. The shoe brand is proudly made local and they hope to empower women and give people opportunities through their products.
According to the founders, they always dreamed of having a business together, and with a decade long friendship, they thought it was meant to be to have a business together.
The pairs we saw worn by influencers are the “Stella” and “Milan” designs.
“Stella” which comes in white and nude are strappy block kitten heels that are made to perfectly match any outfit.
The sexy strappy heels can be paired perfectly with a dress or jeans. I personally love wearing this pair all the time because it’s easy to mix and match plus it can be a statement piece to any boring outfit.
Another great pair that fashionistas love is “Milan” that comes in white or brown.
This totally Instagram worthy pair can go from casual to dressy. The snakeskin strap design made it unique and is the total addition to your wardrobe.
Since the pair has a block kitten heel, it’s very easy to wear. I actually walked around for my whole day errands on it and my feet didn’t hurt and I got compliments on how pretty they are.
But if you don’t like heels or sandals, AVA Manila still has something for you.
Reminiscent of a Chanel, AVA Manila made their own version. It is made with local quality materials to make sure that you get the best value for your money.
