I’ll be honest, the only reason I follow the Super Bowl is for all the new trailers that are released on game day. Since last year’s biggest trailer during the Super Bowl was for Avengers: Infinity War it’s only right that this year’s is Avengers: Endgame. While the TV spot might only be 30 seconds it does give us a (bleak) new look at the universe post-Thanos, as well as surprising us with a new release date!
The new footage shows us the world’s mightiest heroes trying to cope with all they’ve lost so far. I can’t decide which is more heartbreaking: the shots panning over deserted areas and near-dead cities, or Captain America sitting in a support group. We also see the remaining heroes suiting up and training, looking like they’re all getting ready for something big. But just like the first trailer, details are very much still sparse.

The movie’s release date has been moved up from May to April 26! Hopefully, that means we get it even sooner here in the Philippines.
