Amazon Prime Video and Sony Pictures just dropped the trailer for the latest Cinderella movie adaptation starring Camila Cabello! Idina Menzel, who voiced Elsa in the top-grossing Disney animated film “Frozen,” will be playing Cinderella’s stepmother. The star-studded cast is also joined by John Mulaney, Romesh Ranganathan, and James Corden as the mice and transfigured footmen; Missy Elliott as the Town Crier; Pierce Brosnan and Minnie Driver as the king and queen of the kingdom; and Netflix’s “Chambers” and “The Craft: Legacy” star Nicholas Galitzine as the Prince Charming.
According to the streaming platform, Cinderella is a bold new take on the fairy tale that everyone grew up with. The heroine (Cabello) is an ambitious young woman who perseveres to make her dreams come true with the help of her “Fab G” (Billy Porter). Watch the trailer below:
The Cinderella movie will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video starting September 3.
