According to a report by CNN Philippines, Clark Green City will soon be turned into a new urban hub. The Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) have recently signed a $2 million joint venture agreement to make this dream a reality.
Clark Green City is set to become the first green, smart, and disaster-resilient city in the Philippines and residents of Clark are more than excited for the development to get underway.
