The MUST Try Dishes!
1. Tataki (seared wagyu) – Best enjoyed with fresh minced garlic and dipped with ponzu sauce.
2. Wagyu Sushi – Pick up that edible flower at the center, dip it into the sauce then gently dab it on the meat.
3. Seiroย Steamed Wagyu (using Kagoshima Sirloin) with Vegetables and special secret sauces
best enjoyed with Cabernet Sauvignon red wine
4. Stone Grilled (try either the Omi or Kagoshima) – Here, you will be presented with 3 types of salts (normal salt & pepper, Ume plum salt and Yuzu lime salt). All you have to do is get a piece of wagyu, get a pinch of your salt of choice and drizzle it over the meat.
5. For rice lovers, they have the Wagyu Rice, Takana pickled rice and the Jaku (salted dried fish locally known as โdulongโ rice) Among the 3, I prefer the pickled rice since it refreshes the taste buds.
6. Wagyu Sukiyaki (top round) dipped in egg foam
For lunch, try their Yasai Itame (wagyu vegetable stir fry) thatโs already good for sharing for only P600.
