A photo that has been circulating on the internet of a construction known as the “Venice Grand Canal Mall” in Taguig. We are guessing this is in Mckinley Hill.
The architecture looks beautiful, remnants of the Grand Venice Canal in Italy where they use Gondolas as transportation and water as their roads.
Though it looks more like the grand canal at the Venetian, Macau.
Still, this is a great place to take a selfie for tourists and even locals. Good job, Taguig!
What do you think? Will you be visiting once it’s open for the public?
Nice picture. I hope I don’t offend the wonderful people of the Philippines. But this shows me what could be the gross injustice of the upper class living out their wealth at the expense of the poor while doing nothing to help those who live in the barrios probably just across the way. I don’t know what to think. I so want to believe that this is the honest fruit of one’s hard labor. And I am sure that there are people who have earned it. And I know Philanthropists are a help to society. But I just can’t outright give a pass to something like this. I have to think about it and think about it more and then more some.
Nice one

Thiis would be a good photoshoot location for an Assassin’s Creed II cosplay. Ezio Auditore, anyone?
Now imagine all the people….
