We were invited to the launch of Ungava gin at Imperial Ice Bar to get a taste of what one of Canada’s premium gins has to offer. Let me tell you that despite the freezing temperatures of the venue, our night was nothing short of hot! Notable Canadian mixologist Joshua Groom set the pace for the night’s festivities by crafting an array of his signature cocktails all infused with Ungava gin. As most Filipinos are more partial to cocktails than having their drinks on the rocks, it’s quite crucial to see how Ungava gin would fare as part of our favorite local mixes.
