Lo and behold, Tyga came onstage and we lost it!
The rapper started his set with the one of the recent Billboard #1 songs, Bad and Boujee. Tyga had everyone on their feet and singing along as he did his own rendition of the song.
Another big surprise was when he performed a fellow rapper’s song, Cardi B, Bodak Yellow. The House Manila crowd was not shy to show how much they were enjoying the night. With their phones out and their groove on, they danced the night away.
A bunch of his other songs were also performed, including Faded, Rack City, and Bed Rock. With each song, the rapper delivered his verses and hooks with such conviction and definite mastery of entertaining the crowd.
One of the highlights of the night was when his song with hit artist Chris Brown, Loyal, started to play. It seemed like the whole crowd knew the song since everyone sang along and rapped as if they were Tyga.
It is pretty evident that Tyga has been active in the music scene for 9 years. With the years he has had in the business, it is obvious that he has gained a lot of fans over the years, especially here in Manila! Thanks to House Manila for bringing such an eccentric rapper over for one night filled with music, drinks, and fun.
It was great to see Tyga and the crowd feeding off of each other’s energy, delivering an electric night. We cannot wait ’til the next time the talented rapper visits the Philippines. Great show, Tyga!
