Back in April, #TITI trended on Twitter in the Philippines. Many Twitter users were baffled as to why it trended but apparently it isn’t about glorifying the phallus.
A few days back, #TITI trended again and we posted a tweet explaining why.
TITI is the name of the most recent addition to BT21. This is a set of special characters made by K-Pop boyband BTS for LINE. Ironically for us Filipinos, TITI is a girl and she is the sister of TATA, one of the main characters for BT21. She was named by BTS member V (Kim Taehyung).

TITI looks so cute and we feel V didn’t mean anything improper when he named her. Still, that doesn’t mean we can’t add a dash of humor with her name. 🙂
