According to C.Masbate, some people have a made a home in the underpass, which often strikes fear to people who use the underpass to cross the area.
Furthermore, he said that the underpass is really dirty and it smells bad.
He seeks the attention of Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada to do something about this.
