We instantly fell in love with the cafe as soon as we stepped inside. It’s amazing how they maximized every nook and cranny of the space. It has a loft-style design, lots of tables and seating, plus full-sized mirrors that make the cafe look even more spacious.

There are also lots of power plugs all around the cafe, making it a great spot for working, too!

A Gastronomic Brunch Menu

The tasteful look of Corner Cafe is also backed by an amazing menu. Being a cafe and deli in one, their menu includes a wide variety of brunch dishes and mouthwatering sandwiches.

For their all-day breakfast dishes, the Ribeye Tapa (PHP 350) and the Honey Bacon Steak (PHP 340) are both must-tries if you need to have rice for your meal. And wow, these two dishes feature such flavorful meats!

The tapa is so perfectly seasoned and so tender—this just might be your new favorite tapsilog.

The Honey Bacon Steak features thick pieces of bacon with a beautiful balance of both saltiness and sweetness. Honestly, we could not get over how delicious the flavors were! The sweetness of the honey brings this bacon to the next level.

If you want to have brunch as the English do, they also serve the Full English Breakfast which includes baked beans, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bacon strips.

Not up for a full breakfast meal? You’ve got to try one of their deli sandwiches. All of the sandwiches feature perfectly baked croissants filled with your choice of meats, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. The mix of the textures and flavors makes each bite a treat for your tastebuds.

Their original sauces are creamy, sweet, and savory; the eggs are cooked to perfection; the bread is fluffy and tasty; and the fillings are all so delicious, too. It’s hard not to instantly fall in love with these egg drop sandwiches—it’s not a surprise that this is one of their menu highlights!

Sweets and Drinks

No meal is complete without the right dessert. While Corner Cafe offers baked cookies, their must-try dessert is the Korean croffle (starting at PHP 150) which is a waffle made out of croissant dough.

Each bite of their croffle was such a thrilling experience because of the crispy exterior (thanks to the croissant dough) and the fluffy interior. The croffles are also topped with a variety of sweets, including leche flan brulee and ube halaya.

It’s a sweet and strong finish for an amazing brunch meal.

Of course, their coffee and beverages are not to be ignored, too. They have a wide variety of espresso-based drinks, iced teas, and non-coffee beverages, as well.
