Duolingo is a free way to learn new languages. This platform offers a language-learning website and app. It also comes with a digital language proficiency assessment exam.
Right now, they are developing ‘English for Tagalog Speakers’ on Duolingo. This can help native Tagalog speakers learn better English. Unfortunately, there is no ‘Tagalog for English Speakers’ in development as of the moment.

As of November 2016, Duolingo has 68 different language courses across 23 languages, with 22 additional courses in development. The app is available on iOS, Android, and Windows 8 and 10 platforms with about 150 million registered users across the world.
