The Aristocrat Restaurant at Robinsons Manila Celebrates Its 10th Anniversaryย
ย
When in Manila and craving for rich tasting Filipino dishes and succulent tenderlicious barbecues, there is really only 1 trusted name to remember – The Aristocrat Restaurant!
With over 75 years in the restaurant industry, The Aristocrat Restaurant is no doubt considered as an icon when it comes to world class Filipino cuisine and one of the most notable names in our culinary culture.
ย
“Sa Linggo, kakain tayo sa Aristocrat!” (“This Sunday, we’ll eat at Aristocrat!”) – I can still vividly remember how my titos and titas would say this when I was a kid. When I was young, it was instilled in me that The Aristocrat isย THE PLACE TO BE! The place for celebrations and family feastings. Eating at The Aristocrat would be a form of reward for having good grades, winning a medal in school or any important milestone in life. The Aristocrat has always been every food loving Filipino family’s choice when it comes to bonding through eating escapades… a brand that we Filipinos have learned to love. And over the years, the Reyes family was able to maintain its reputable image and high standard.
ย
By the way, before I continue, it really pays to know the story behind The Aristocrat Restaurant. I believe every Filipino citizen should know about the family behind The Aristocrat Restaurant and their humble beginnings. Seriously, their story should be in our history books because of the inspiration and values we can learn from them. As a dedicated food blogger, I intend to educate my readers and challenge them to rediscover our very own culinary treasures and the history of The Aristocrat Restaurant is definitely worth knowing!

Meet Sir James Legaspi, their very accommodating Restaurant Manager who gladly entertained our questions during our visit. Believe it or not, Sir James started out 10 years ago at The Aristocrat as a simple busboy and worked his way to the top through hard work and perseverance! His story is truly inspiring as well!ย
Sir James also told us that this coming February 21-23,ย The Aristocrat Restaurant Robinsons Place Manilaย branch will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary. As a special treat, customers who will order any of their classic barbecues will get a FREE GULAMAN AT SAGO! I also heard they will be raffling out cool prizes! Be sure to invite the family this weekend!
Thank you Aristocrat Restaurant for your undying commitment to serve the nation with food that is fit for royalty and for bringing families together over the years! May you be blessed with more abundance and may you continue to inspire future generations to come!
