The famed Asian-inspired stretch of Cabanas at Terrazas definitely adds to the Bali vibe of the place. It consists of a total of 28 cabanas, 10 of which are free for use for regular day-tour visitors. The basic fee for the day tour costs around P,1000, where P850 of it is consumable for food. ๐
A bar is also present in the middle of the cabanas stretch where you can order tropical delicacies like fresh juices, club sandwiches and burgers while enjoying the view of the โbest swimming beach in Batangasโ.
The main dining locale at Terrazas would be the Spanish Mediterranean-inspired Cafe de Sol. Set in a lush escape with a relaxing breeze, one will definitely enjoy Cafe de Solโs exquisite cuisine.
At the heart of Terrazas de Punta Fuego and just below the food central Cafe de Sol is the Turtle Pool. Itโs divided into the shallow childrenโs pool, so you can feel safe for your kids, and a deeper lap pool section for swimmers at heart. A major bonus here is that you will get to have the best view of the West Philippine Sea while immersed in the cold water of paradise!
Aside from the reptile-inspired pool, Terrazas also houses other facilities for your enjoyment: the Massage Room, Billiards and Darts Hall, KTV Room, and the Thalassa Water Sports group, which offers recreational water activities, such as Kayak Surfing, banana boating, knee boarding and sumo. Now, you see that set of Terrazas buildingsin the photo above? Those are the Amara en Terrazas, a recent exclusive seaside residential resort development to whom Terrazas is negotiating with for 20 rentable rooms for their future guests. Furthermore, the other current developments in Terrazas are the De La Cresta, a44o-meter ridge with an unobstructed view of the sea, and the De Los Picos.
Youโll always have a great view of these tall trees at Terrazas. Itโs like youโre entering the forest of Maleficentโs lair!
Now, speaking of the recreational water activities at Terrazas, we got to try out the banana boat! (It was kind of a big deal for us since it was our first time hahaha). But before we experienced another first in our lives, we had our merienda in the form of Terrazasโ almost-bottomless Halo-Halo.
Before trying out (for the first time, again) the banana boat ride, we had this seemingly bottomless Halo-Halo. Promise, there always seemed to be a new โsahogโ that pops up to the point we werenโt able to finish this great Halo-Halo. :))
Photo op time before banana boat-ing! Just a reminder: Be sure if youโre going to take the โpalaglag optionโ before riding the banana boat when youโre with a lot of friends to avoid any accident. ๐
After the โwildโ and fun banana boat ride, we called off the day tour at Terrazas with a beautiful sunset speedboat ride on our way back to Club Punta Fuego. ๐
โWhere sea, sand and mountain have conspired to create a picturesque communityโ. This is the tagline of the Balinese beach-like community, and it really is! So, if you ever feel like going on a roadtrip to the Southern Tagalog, visit the resort whose beach is known as the โbest swimming beach in Batangasโ: Terrazas de Punta Fuego.
