To help the community transition to the new normal post-ECQ, Taguig launched the Taguig Online Resources and Community Hub (TORCH) last Monday.

According to the Taguig LGU, “The portal introduces training for teachers, open campus for professionals, online resource hub for seniors, a resource page for businesses to help and prepare them to transition post-ECQ and government information portals.”
Under TORCH are the following:
- ????????@????, wherein teachers may conduct online at least one class a week,
- ?????? (???????? ??? ?????????? ??????? ???? ?????? ?????? ??????), wherein citizens can learn different technology skills through online training,
- OSCAR (Online Senior Citizen Center and Resources), an elderly-friendly program that promotes the wellbeing of citizens of advanced age, and
- TOP (?????? ?????? ??????), a program will benefit business owners as it will help them transition from the ECQ to post ECQ.
