Baking may seem easy, but the master of the kitchen at Sweet Avenue Cafe believed in learning from many different people. After finishing his undergraduate course, he also enrolled in different classes under top Filipino cake decorators such as Heny Sison, Peach Juban, Aggy of Aggy Cakes, as well as american instructors Toba Garette and Jacqueline Butler. Handi Mulayna would also be in his list of cake decorating instructors.
