What is TRX Suspension Training?
TRX Suspension Training is a full body strength workout system using suspension straps and is actually beginner-friendly! Unlike other strength workouts that use weights like dumbbells, TRX Suspension Training uses your body weight and the straps act as support in lifting yourself or maintaining a position.
