Next up: Amazing Race! The organizers curated the race to work out different parts of our bods. We ran across the beach, searched for items around the area, and did three reps of burpees, squats and leg raises (yes, we did it!). By the end of the race, we were all exhausted, but definitely felt stronger and more energized. Ready for part 3!
As the sun set, we changed into our dance outfits as weย grooved to Latin hits during our zumba sessions! Kristine Crouch, Australia-certified Zumba and Group Fitness Instructor, spearheaded the 30-minute lessons. It was like a party on the beach!
For a job well done, we were treated to a boodle fight at the end of the day. Dig in!
We capped off Day 1 by chilling by the beach and toasting marshmallows and enjoying s’mores as the Iscoolboys serenaded us until the wee hours of the morning. Imagine lying on your beach mat while listening to feel-good chill music, looking up at the sky and counting the twinkling stars above. Magical!
