With over 745 restaurants in over 11 countries around the world, Red Lobster finally opens its first branch in Manila this coming November at Conrad S Maison, Pasay City. Together with The Bistro Group, the worldโs largest seafood restaurant company and seafood purchaser will be offering the ultimate in seafood dining to us Filipinos.
ย
This is a treat for all seafood lovers around the Metro as Filipino diners will soon be able to get their fill of Red Lobsterโs best selling shellfish combinations featuring tender Maine lobster tail, steamed wild-caught North American snow crab legs, signature hand-crafted garlic shrimp scampi, and Waltโs Favorite Shrimp all to be enjoyed in one plate.
A variety of other options will also be available, such as Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp, and Fresh Salmon combinations topped with savoury brown butter glaze and more classic seafood entrees and innovations. Already swooning? Well, you wonโt have to wait too long as the restaurant is set to open this November.
Known as Americaโs number one seafood restaurant, Red Lobster aims to please the tastebuds of Filipinos by twisting their menu to the liking of its diners in Manila. The restaurantโs menu will have compositions of Filipino food with a twist for the Filipino palate, serving high quality protein products and their crab, shrimp and lobster specialties.
โWeโre very excited about bringing Red Lobster in because itโs more Western in terms of the food composition and itโs such a strong identifiable brand when it comes to seafood that we feel it’s going to go perfectly with the mix of our concept,โ says Josh Bautwood, Corporate Chef of the Bistro Group.
The dining experience at Red Lobster will be fuelled by the brandโs commitment to source the highest quality seafood in the world and nothing less. Each and every meal will feature sustainable, traceable, and responsibly sourced products for its customers.
Who’s excited for this?
