Peppa Pig will soon welcome a new sibling!
The beloved character’s mother, Mummy Pig—voiced by actress Morwenna Banks—announced her pregnancy on Good Morning Britain on February 27.

“I’m excited to share that our family is getting even bigger because we’re having another baby. I’m due in the summer, and we’re all so excited,” she beamed, showing her baby bump and sonogram.
Their family will now grow to five, including Daddy Pig, Mummy Pig, Peppa, and George.
While Mummy Pig has not yet revealed her exact due date, and the baby remains unnamed, viewers can expect to see the new character on screen this year.

Created by Neville Astley and Mark Baker, Peppa Pig is an animated series loved by both kids and kids at heart. First airing in 2004, it follows the fun-filled adventures of the Pig family.
