Hey Paramore fans, who says you need to be in the business of misery any longer?
Four years after their last album, Paramore is back with a bang, and they just released the music video for their new song called “Hard Times”!
“Hard Times” is the first single under the band’s newest LP, “After Laughter”. “After Laughter” features some pretty new changes to the line-up: the new LP also marks the return of Paramore’s original drummer, Zac Farro, after he and brother Josh Farro exited the band in 2010. “After Laughter” is also the first album since Jeremy Davis, Paramore’s bassist, left the band.
Paramore has really come a long way since their breakout album, “Riot!”, was launched in 2007. Now all grown up, Hayley Williams and company have since left their emo pop-punk phase in the past, and have incorporatedย synth-pop and electro-rock in their new music. “Hard Times” also shows this evolution in musical style with an 80’s-inspired, neon and pastel aesthetic in the video.
