As a Shawol since 2009, it has been a dream of mine to see all of the SHINee members. That has finally come to fruition, though in installments. It started with Key’s fan meet followed by Minho’s fan meet then Taemin’s joint concert and now, finally, my ultimate bias Onew’s fan meet.

Onew – GUESS in Manila: Here’s What You Missed
The show with his angelic voice. He sang (O) Circle and Sign from his album Voice. He also learned Tagalog words and phrases such as “Kamusta ka?”, “Kinikilig ako”, “Pogi ako”, “Jojowain niyo ba ako?” and “Pa-kiss naman”. He also explained why his tour is named Guess: “Guess what I’m going to do next!”
The segments of the show all related to the fan meet tour’s name Guess, including “Guess Recent Pictures”, “Guess Onew Song Choice” (apparently, his favorite song is Harry Styles’ As It Was!), “Guess Who I Am: Dance Challenge” (he danced to TWICE’s Look At Me), and “Guess About Onew: OX Quiz” where fans got the chance to learn more about the KPop idol.
He also showed off his artistic side by drawing the Chocolate Hills and Banaue Rice Terraces. The drawings were then gifted to two lucky fans along with a special dedication and signature.

To end the night, Onew sang an unreleased song as well as the acoustic version of Dice. Filipino Jjinggus also prepared a surprise video for Onew where the star became a little overwhelmed by the cheers of Filipino Jjinggus , prompting him to tell us “Mahal ko kayong lahat.”
Seeing my bias in person made my heart so happy. Special thanks to the ever-amazing L-Squared Productions team for bringing him to the Philippines. SHINee concert next? 😉
