This menu is set to captivate food enthusiasts and guests alike, featuring an eclectic fusion of Filipino cuisine’s rich, vibrant flavors with the mastery of European culinary techniques. From vibrant starters bursting with fresh flavors to indulgent main courses, each dish has been thoughtfully curated by the culinary team to celebrate the artistry of cooking and deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

- Tinola Consommé – A refined take on a classic Filipino broth, served with tender tortellini filled with savory chicken and herbs
- Balsamic Lechon Kawali – Crispy pork belly complemented by aromatic pandan-infused rice for a traditional indulgence
- Aligue alla Vodka – Rich and creamy pasta elevated by the bold flavors of crab roe, finished with a splash of vodka
- Ube Barako Tiramisu – A Filipino-inspired tiramisu featuring layers of ube and cream, infused with bold Barako coffee
