Melanie Marquez is Michelle Dee’s number one fan, as she reminded her daughter in a text message she sent ahead of the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 coronation night!

The Miss Universe Philippines hopeful posted a screenshot on her Instagram Stories, where Marquez wrote: “Good evening, anak. I am watching all your exposure on Miss Universe 2023. You’re doing great!”
Aside from reassuring her daughter, the Miss International 1979 winner also gave a few reminders. “Just be yourself, relax but don’t forget to claim on stage that you’re wearing a crown elegantly smiling radiantly as you sway your hips walking,” she added.
“I am your number 1 avid fan! I love you,” she concluded.
Meanwhile, Michelle wrote in her Story, “If you know, you know. This means A LOT coming from her. Hoping I can give her the BEST Mother’s Day gift soon.”

This is not Michelle’s first time in the said beauty pageant, being already named Miss Universe Philippines Tourism 2022 and crowned Miss World Philippines 2019.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 coronation night happens tonight, May 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
