Here’s the next Filipino drag queen to follow: Maxie Andreison, who will be competing in the second season of Queen of the Universe.
Andreison is the only Filipino and Asian to compete in the reality show.
Queen of the Universe announced her as one of the contestants on social media. The show said, “She’s ready to turn it OUT!”

Andreison will compete against Aura Eternal (Italy), Chloe V (Brazil), Jazell Royale (USA), Love Masisi (the Netherlands), Militia Scunt (USA), Miss Sistrata (Israel), Taiga Brava (Mexico), Trevor Ashley (Australia), and Viola (the UK).
Queen of the Universe is a drag singing competition produced by World of Wonder, the creator of RuPaul’s Drag Race. It is hosted by Graham Norton, with Leona Lewis, Trixie Mattel, Michelle Visage, Vanessa Williams, and Mel B. as judges.
The first season, which aired in 2021, crowned Grag Queen from Brazil.
Its second season will stream starting March 31, 2023, on Paramount+.
