A double win for Thai cuisine! In a testament to culinary excellence, Mango Tree has been awarded two prestigious Thai SELECT awards, a mark of recognition granted by the Ministry of Commerce of the Royal Thai Government and the Department of International Trade Promotion. This seal of approval is awarded to both local and international Thai restaurants that uphold and champion the authenticity of Thai gastronomy.

The award ceremonies took place during celebratory luncheons at Mango Tree (Bonifacio Global City) on February 3, 2025, and at Mango Tree (City of Dreams) on February 4, 2025. Mango Tree owners Eric and Emelda Teng were presented with the awards by honored guests of the Royal Thai Embassy, including Rangsant Srimongkorn (Deputy Chief of Mission) and Yupawan Premchit Taniguchi (Counsellor, Economics), and from the Thai Trade Center, Sutinee Vathana (Thai Trade Center Director) and Kanthima Kanjanadecha (Assistant Director). Marc Buencamino and Val Ignacio (Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation), Charisse Chuidian, Tes Parado, Jenny Santillan, and Steve Sasso (City of Dreams) were also present to show their support.

A selection of classic and signature Thai dishes was served by the pioneering culinary team under Thai Chef Banchong Singthis, demonstrating the authentic flavors that define the Mango Tree experience. These dishes include Khao Tung Nam Prik Noom (Rice Crackers with Roasted Tomato and Eggplant Chili Dips), Sakoo Sai Moo (Thai Pork and Tapioca Dumplings), Som Tam Thai (Papaya Salad), Pu Pad Pong Karee (Stir-fried Crab in Yellow Curry Sauce), Khao Niew Mamuang (Mango Sticky Rice), and Khanom Tom (Thai Mochi) among others.
