BGC cafe and restaurant Maker and Made has already made a name for itself as one of the go-to brunch spots in the area.
Maker and Made is known for their hearty, healthy, and flavorful culinary eats; delicious coffee; and freshly baked bread every day.
The Australian-style restaurant is also known to close its doors by 5 PM, just like the Aussies do, to make sure all members of staff get to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
But this holiday season, night owls are in for a treat because Maker and Made is extending its operating hours for a limited time only.

Up until December 30, Maker and Made will be open until 11:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Along with this update in their operating hours also come fresh new items on their menu!

One new dish we couldn’t get enough of is their version of Fish and Chips which featured crispy deep-fried fish fillet pieces and fried shoestring potatoes as the “chips”. This really was one of the highlights of our meal.

The beet-cured Salmon Carpaccio was one of the dishes of which we had high expectations because we knew that Maker and Made’s salmon dishes are always fresh and high quality. And we definitely weren’t disappointed! This dish was tasty, fresh, and easy on the tastebuds.

The Prawn Roll on Brioche is their take on the classic Lobster Roll. The tasty prawn filling is made even better with Maker and Made’s famous brioche buns.

Of course, meat lovers also have something new to be excited about. Maker and Made’s Chef Rue continues to inject Filipino flavors into Asian classics with the new Asian Pork Cha Shu. This dish features an indulgent slab of tender pork belly that offers a savory burst of flavor with every bite.

And what are late-night eats without the right drinks? Over at the bar, you can enjoy refreshing cocktails skillfully created by the Maker and Made team.

Some of these drinks include the M&M Martini which is a genius combination of alcohol and caffeine, the Golden Fizz, Strawberry Daiquiri (featuring fresh-from-Benguet strawberries), and the Limelight.
For a place known for coffee, bread, and brunch, Maker and Made offers a whole new dining experience with its extended operating hours—even if it is just for a couple of weeks. So, make sure to visit Maker and Made during its night hours from Friday to Saturday until December 30 only!
