Located at the 2nd floor of the mall, Mad Mark’s Glorietta 5 offers the same good food; but wait, there’s more!
They are offering 2 new dishes, as well, which are only available at their Makati branch. Yes, these CANNOT be ordered at Mad Mark’s Kapitolyo.
When asked why they don’t offer the same things at the same restaurants, they simply say, they want to keep things interesting for their customers.
Mark, the master mind, chef and R&D head of Mad Mark’s says: “Don’t be surprised if one day, Mad Mark’s serves siopao” because he’s really mad, I tell you. What’s great about a guy that’s as crazy as he is is that he really enjoys what he does with his partners. Perhaps that is the secret ingredient to having such great food coming out of their kitchen.

So, you’ve heard of their steak and chicken that are truly, honestly good eats, but here’s something new to add to their already good reputation: the St. Louis Prime Grilled Ribs. The meat just slides off the bones and the sauce simply compliments the whole thing. What more could you possibly want?
For dessert, they’ve added a little craze to the already wildly delicious ice cream. I present to you Mad Mark’s Rolling Dutchman (Ice Cream Sandwich).
Served with a scoop of Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, you get to choose whether you want Nutella or Cookie Butter spread on the bread. It does not only not disappoint, but it also gets you hooked to the very last bite. The serving is quite big, though; so you might want to consider sharing, unless you have a really big appetite.
