Lovi Poe raises funds for street children affected by lockdown

With lockdown imposed in different parts of the world, celebrities have taken it to social media to raise funds for people who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of the many celebrities who is using social media to reach out to their followers is actress Lovi Poe. In partnership with Childhope Philippines, she posted a video on Instagram asking her followers to donate if they can. She is reaching out to her followers to raise money for street children and families who are affected by the pandemic.

In the video, she says that these street children need our help now more than ever. With many people left without a home, they become very vulnerable during this crisis.

She said that a donation of P1,000 can go a long way since it would help feed a family for one whole week. However, any amount will also do so that they could help feed these street children and families.
