Netflix has officially announced the all-star cast of the upcoming animated series Masters of the Universe: Revelation!
This new series is set to pick up where the original animated show left off with the goal of answering the unresolved storylines of the iconic characters.
The cast includes Mark Hamill of Star Wars fame as Skeletor; Lena Headey ofย Game of Thronesย as Evil-Lyn; Chris Wood ofย The Vampire Diariesย as He-Man; and Sarah Michelle Gellar ofย Buffy The Vampire Slayerย as Teela.
Also joining them are Liam Cunningham as Man-At-Arms; Stephen Rootย as Cringer; Diedrich Bader as King Randor/Trap Jaw; Griffin Newmanย as Orko; Tiffany Smith as Andra; Henry Rollinsย as Tri-Klops; Alan Oppenheimer as Moss Man;ย Susan Eisenbergย as Sorceress; Alicia Silverstone as Queen Marlena; Justin Long as Roboto; Jason Mewes as Stinkor; Phil LaMarr as He-Ro; Tony Todd as Scare Glow; Cree Summer as Priestess;ย Kevin Michael Richardson as Beast Man; Kevin Conroy as Mer-Man; and Harley Quinn Smithย as Ileena.
Masters of the Universe: Revelationย will be produced by Mattel Television with Kevin Smith as the showrunner. Powerhouse Animation (Castlevania)ย will be the animation studio.

There’s no word yet on when this series will be released on Netflix.
Meanwhile, the Sony Pictures film, Masters of the Universe, starring Noah Centineo is scheduled for theatrical release on March 2021. It will be under the direction of Aaron and Adam Nee withย Iron Manย screenwriters Matt Holloway and Art Marcum on board to write the script.
