After welcoming the Zoolander and The Internship star, Owen Wilson last week, another A-lister is visiting the Philippines – Steven Seagal!
As reported by the Manila Bulletin, the action star arrived yesterday afternoonย via Cathay Pacific airlines. He was welcomed by Terminal Manager Octavio โBingโ Lina and former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson at the NAIA Terminal 3.
Furthermore, he didn’t reveal the reason behind his visit, but as mentioned in the article, the American actor is a guest of former Ilocos Sur Governor, Chavit Singson.
From the airport, the two boarded a private plane going to Cebu, reports say.
Steven Seagal is not only an actor, screenwriter, film director, he is also an Aikido instructor, and reserve deputy sheriff.
He first started as an Aikido instructor in Japan, and later moved to Los Angeles, California, where he worked as a martial artist instructor on the movie “Never Say Never Again” starring Sean Connery as James Bond.
Hard to Kill, Out for Justice, and Driven to Kill are just a few of the many movies he has done throughout his career.
