It’s that time of the year again!
As tropical storm Egay left the Philippine area of responsibility yesterday, the country braces for yet another cyclone named Falcon. Although the letter typhoon is not expected to hit landmass, Falcon will nevertheless enhance the southwest monsoon which brings us heavy rains. Today, classes have been suspended in all levels, with good reason.
