Young “Kadenang Ginto” star Francine Diaz finally fulfilled her dream of having her grand debut last Saturday, February 26, a month after her 18th birthday!
In pictures published by Nice Print Photography, Francine transported her guests to a stunning dreamland at Apogée Events and Lifestyle in Malate, Manila which was decked out with gorgeous flowers, balloons, and shimmering decorations by celebrity event stylist Gideon Hermosa.
Francine herself dazzled in her simple yet elegant Swarovski ball gowns in pink and Tiffany blue by designer Michael Leyva.

In an exclusive interview with Metro.Style, Francine said that she chose Dreamland as her debut theme as her way of realizing her childhood wish to become a princess. “’Yung theme po ng birthday celebration ko, dreamy siya… Gusto ko rin kasi nu’ng bata ako ’yung parang maging princess, ganyan. Gusto ko nasa castle ako, naka-gown ako, naka-dress. So ’yun po ’yung ginawa ko na theme,” she said.
[Translation: “The theme of my birthday celebration is dreamy… I wanted as a child to be treated as a princess. I wanted to have my own castle, to wear a gown, to wear a dress. So that’s what I took inspiration from for my theme.”]
Among those who attended were her closest family and dearest friends from the industry.
