Did Kapamilya actor Coco Martin deactivate his Instagram account, which was verified and had over 3.5 million followers?
Upon checking the social media site, it’s been discovered that his username, “@mr.cocomartin,” can no longer be found. “Sorry, this page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed,” the site reads when you type the full Instagram URL.
It’s unknown why Martin decided to deactivate his account (if he did) and if it had anything to do with his critics ever since he spoke passionately and publicly about the ABS-CBN Network shutdown last May. In a recent Congressional hearing dated June 1, Solicitor General Jose Calida hit back at Martin by saying, “If I had not been the Solicitor General, I would have called his bluff and make him eat his words.”
It can also be noted that his show,ย FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, is coming back to cable television starting June 13 after an almost three-month suspension due to the ongoing public health crisis. It will re-air on the Kapamilya Channel, which will be available on SKY, Cablelink, G Sat, and most member-cable operators of the Philippine Cable Television Association (PCTA) nationwide which are not covered by the cease and desist order issued by the National Telecommunications Commission to ABS-CBN.
