Angel Locsin just had a wonderful weekend reunion at home with some of her dearest friends in the showbiz industry: Bea Alonzo, Angelica Panganiban, Anne Curtis, and Dimples Romana!
In pictures she shared on her Instagram account, the five were all smiles, over the moon to have finally spent time with each other amid busy schedules, health protocols, and families to take care of. Bea, Angelica, and Angel’s respective partners, Dominic Roque, Gregg Homan, and Neil Arce were also present in the photo.
“Cue ‘Do-Re-Mi’ soundtrack,” Angel wrote on her caption, referring to the 1996 Filipino comedy film about a group of female friends.
They gushed over each other in the comments, expressing their love for each other and how much they missed their friendship.
Bea posted her own pictures on her account, thanking Angel and Neil for hosting their “Sunday fun day.”
“Reunion with my favorite girls! Grabe, namiss ko kayo sobra!! (Gosh, I really missed you all!)” Bea said.
Meanwhile, Dimples wrote on her own post of their bonding session: “LOVE and HAPPINESS. Nothing makes me happier than to see my dearest friends so happy and beaming with so much beauty and love. God is good!”
Anne then shared how it’s been two years since they last saw each other and promptly made the most of their evening to keep everyone up-to-date with their lives—even finally introducing her daughter, Dahlia, to them!
“Missed these ladies so much! Imagine 2 years worth of catching up! They finally got to meet my little one too. Thank you tita Gel for showing her your cutie chickens! (Tita Bea, next time promise!) Thank you Dahlia and [Erwan] for letting me stay a little longer to have some chika/maritess (gossip) time with this lot. Till the next one mga mars! Let’s not wait too long,” she said.
And what does Angelica have to add to all this expression of appreciation? “And.. Just like that,” she said simply.
