When the prestigious awarding ceremony is over, all of Hollywood knows that the true Oscars celebrations happen in the afterparties. One such afterparty hosted by Elton John welcomed plenty of A-List guests, including our very own Liza Soberano!
Liza, who starred in Zelda Williams’ “Lisa Frankenstein” in 2024, revealed that she attended the famed singer’s event which was in support of the Elton John AIDS Foundation by sharing pictures of her bedazzled attire custom-designed by Vietnamese designer CONG TRI.
“Feeling the love tonight,” Liza wrote in the caption of her post. “Thank you [Elton John AIDS Foundation] and Elton John for an unforgettable night filled with purpose and passion. Your work is truly changing lives #EJAFOscars.”
Liza also wore Yessayan Jewelry and Jimmy Choo heels and was styled by Katie Quan, a Forbes 30 Under 30 celebrity fashion stylist who’s worked with Camilla Cabello, Tyla, NIKI, and Bella Poarch.
Elton John’s Oscars afterparty is one of the most talked-about that evening as it remains to be one of the most prominent. Held at West Hollywood Park, the afterparty welcomed over 1,000 guests including Heidi Klum, Hozier, Joe Locke, Julia Fox, Lana Condor, Megan Thee Stallion, Stephanie Hsu, and Neil Patrick Harris, and featured a performance by “Pink Pony Club” hitmaker Chappell Roan. The event raised over US$8.6 million in support of the Foundation’s mission to end AIDS.
