Laufey didn’t miss the chance to try some popular Filipino snacks during her visit to Manila! On the first night of her show, the singer-songwriter shared a TikTok video of her eating classic Filipino snacks, including junk foods, mixed nuts, candies, dried mangoes, and polvoron.

She first tried Ding Dong, describing it as “flavorful,” then Tomi, which she said tastes like corn. Laufey looked adorable upon tasting polvoron as it easily crumbled in her hands! She called it “very buttery but in a good way.”
It seemed she liked the dried mangoes the most! “I already know I’m going to like this. I love mango. And you guys have the best mango,” she beamed.

In another TikTok video, she tried out Jollibee with her twin sister Junia in response to a netizen who suggested trying it. They ate Chicken Joy, Jolly Spaghetti, and Ube Pie. The Chicken Joy was their absolute favorite!
“I think my favorite is the chicken,” Junie said, which Laufey agreed with.

Laufey is in Manila for a two-night “A Night At The Symphony” concert with the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra on May 28 and 29 at the PICC Plenary Hall. She will also hold her “Bewitched: The Goddess“ concert in the country on September 2.
She’s known for her hits “From the Start,” “Falling Behind,” “Valentine,” and “Let You Break My Heart Again.”
