Kylie Padilla opened up about what she has been thinking and doing lately. In an Instagram post, the actress said she’s battling another existential crisis.
“I am very open about my journey with my mental health, and the fight goes on. Here on social media, you only see my highlight reel. But real life is different,” she wrote.
Earlier this year, she revealed she was diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety three years before the COVID-19 pandemic began.
Padilla pointed out that everyone is fighting a silent battle and emphasized that she believes in divine intervention, the power of the universe, and the accuracy of her intuition.
She also talked about being stuck in fight or flight after her separation from her ex but reassured that they are “good.”
“These past few months, I have been questioning my existence, my purpose, and I have been asking myself a lot of whys. I have been stuck in fight or flight since my very public separation from my ex, oh no worries. He and I are good,” she expressed.

The 30-year-old said that although it was embarrassing and traumatizing, she’s ready to move forward from everything that happened.
She added, “But here I am. Human. Imperfect. And yes, sometimes failing. But I think I’m ready to take risks again. I think I’m ready to fail again and again and again.”

The actress mentioned that she has some personal projects coming as she would try new things.
“A podcast that I’m scared to death in starting because cancel culture is TERRIFYING, but I know who I’m targeting and my intention, so I’m going for it,” she reiterated.
Padilla continued, “A few more other things that I seriously have no idea about but here goes. I’m done just being “Kylie Padilla,” whoever that is lol. Come fail with me and maybe we could somehow create a community.”
She dedicated her post to all the people who feel like they don’t have an idea about what they’re doing.
Padilla has two children, Alas and Axl, with her former husband, actor Aljur Abrenica. In 2021, the two officially separated after almost three years of marriage.
In an interview with GMA news reporter Nelson Canlas in June 2023, she confirmed she’s currently dating.
