Kristel Fulgar recently spent six months in South Korea studying and immersing herself in the country’s culture. Aside from studying, Fulgar also became a brand ambassador for the Korean brand July Me, has appeared on a Korean TV show of Korea News Network, and signed a partnership with Korean entertainment company Five Stones Entertainment. She documented this journey on her YouTube channel, which her followers enjoyed. However, it is finally time for her to go home as revealed on her recent vlog.

In the video, Kristel shared how her time in South Korea was a life-changing experience–learning the language, making new friends, and experiencing a completely different culture. She reminisced about participating in various cultural activities, such as wearing a hanbok and learning traditional Korean dances. In fact, she even had the chance to perform in a Korean musical, showcasing her singing and acting skills to a new audience.
Moreover, one of the things that stood out to her during her stay in the fascinating country was the dedication and hard work that South Koreans put into everything they do, whether it be work or leisure activities. This is what truly inspired the actress/vlogger, which is why she plans to apply it to her own career in the entertainment industry.
As Kristel returns to the Philippines, she also hopes to inspire others to pursue their dreams by continuously sharing her experiences through her channel and encouraging others to step out of their comfort zones and explore new cultures. By the end of the vlog posted earlier this week, she is seen embracing her mother, joining her family for dinner, and finally back to their home with their dogs. Watch it below!
