This September, the best queer comedians in the Philippines are holding a comedy variety show that puts together stand-up, improv, and drag all into one package!
Korique: A Comedy Variety Show will be headlined by Issa Villaverde and Baus Rufo of Comedy Manila, with stand-up performances by Judd Gregorio and Margie De Leon, musical improv by AiiZ (Aryn Cristobal of Spit Manila and Zsaris of Pinopela), and dogshowan with Drag Race Philippines Season 3 contestant Tita Baby.
It will be a night full of belly-aching laughter and pride celebration, where everyone is welcome to come as they are and join in the fun!
“We just wanna show how colorful, diverse, and boogsh the comedy scene is now. And sa dami ng nangyayari ngayon, everyone deserves a good laugh. Why not do it in a theatre full of people?! It really hits different,” said Issa.
