The Korean remake of “You Are the Apple of My Eye,” starring TWICE’s Dahyun and Jung Jin-young, is hitting the Philippine cinemas soon!

“You Are the Apple of My Eye” has been gaining buzz among K-drama fans and film enthusiasts. It follows the love story of Jin-woo and Seon-ah, portrayed by Jin-young and Dahyun, respectively, as they navigate adolescence and the complexities of first love.
The film first premiered at the 29th Busan International Film Festival in October 2024, marking Dahyun’s acting debut. Jin-young, on the other hand, is a former member of the boy group B1A4 and is known for his roles in “Sweet Home,” “Miss Granny, ” “Love in the Moonlight,” and “Police University.”
“You Are the Apple of My Eye” is a remake of the 2011 Taiwanese coming-of-age romance film, which is based on the semi-autobiographical novel of the same name by Taiwanese author Giddens Ko.
