Following the sale of Daniel Padilla’s sports car to a Pampanga buyer, reports have surfaced of his mother, Karla Estrada putting their two-story family home in Quezon City up for sale.

The listing of the 500-square-meter property owned by Daniel Padilla and Karla Estrada was reportedly announced via social media by realtor Mike Adonis. This was only a few weeks prior to the listing of Daniel Padilla’s Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7.
Adonis’ post provided comprehensive details about the two-story house with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a car garage accommodating up to six vehicles. Apparently, its features include a spacious living area, a dining area, as well as a main kitchen area, and a separate auxiliary kitchen.
Daniel Padilla and Karla Estrada’s Quezon City home also has a porch, a lanai, a grand staircase, a breakfast nook, a laundry and service area, an electric room, a storage room, and a balcony, as well as a master bedroom with a walk-in closet.

In addition to the asking price of 50 million pesos for Daniel Padilla’s family home, the realtor provided details for those interested in the property.
We recall that the modern Mediterranean house is Daniel Padilla’s gift for his mom. Karla Estrada has referred to it as her “dream home” in previous interviews. The actor, meanwhile, built a separate residence adjacent to it, where he resides with his brother, JC Padilla.
